Hiring runs on claims nobody checks. We built the layer that checks them, and this page holds itself to the same rule: every claim on it carries a number, a date, or a link.
Resumés say “excellent”, job ads say “competitive”, and nobody checks either. At any rung of the ladder.
The ad that wants entry level and three to five years of experience: we didn’t write it. We do have to show it to you. So we built the layer that measures instead.
Move any leg. The score recomputes through the weights the product actually uses, because this console imports them from the file the product reads.
77 × 0.4 + 88 × 0.6 = 84.
A leg’s share is its share of ITS half.
Never a third number.
The same arithmetic runs on a real Score. Nothing here is a marketing model.
Every number opens its method. Same rule as inside the product.
Counted from the live set. The radar holds one deduplicated card per job, and expired listings leave the count the moment a sweep misses them. A zero-row sweep is never marked complete.
Company career boards and hiring systems, read directly. No re-scrapes of somebody else’s index, and nothing is bought in.
Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, PageUp, Phenom, Oracle and the state government boards among them, each with its own adapter kept honest by the daily sweep. Counted from the active sources themselves, never from a list somebody maintains by hand.
Every listing passes a location gate before it reaches the radar, and the gate is mechanised rather than trusted. A role in Ohio never gets through, however loudly it advertises.
Read from the engine, cached for an hour. Last sweep 21 Aug 2026.
We read the hiring systems themselves, not a re-scrape of them. Nobody is advertising a role in Ohio at you.
Easier to trust the things we won’t do. You can catch us doing them.
| Item | Fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| The workspace, both sides | A$0 | Job Radar, resumé, interview, Your Score, Applications, Messages. No meter. |
| One flat per-hire pack | A$0 pilot | Pilot: everything is free. Pricing gets published before we charge anyone a cent. |
| Everything else, forever | nil | We never hold your money, and we never take a cut of anyone’s pay. |
Agencies typically charge 18–25% of first-year salary. A flat pack does not scale with the wage.
I hit the wall in 2018, straight out of high school. Every “entry level” ad wanted years of experience I could not have yet, and my applications disappeared without a reply. Not a rejection. Nothing.
The years since went on both sides of that wall, working and hiring, watching the same loop. Employers can’t risk an unproven hire, so unproven people never get to prove themselves. The experience trap, running on autopilot.
So this is the answer I wanted to exist, and it measures every rung of that ladder, not just the bottom one. Built start to finish by one person in Melbourne. The same person reads hello@chanse.com.au.
AI does the paperwork: parsing, matching, structuring, scoring. Humans do the working.
It can’t own a mistake, notice what nobody asked about, or care whether your business works. The more auto-written everything floods hiring, the more a person who has actually proven something is worth.
